…And the history behind the brewery?
Started as a home brewer in a very small brewing community in 2008, he saw the potential craft beer had. After a Motorcycle accident in 2010 that nearly cost him an arm and a leg, he was bed ridden for 8 months, during that time he studied the IBD (international brewers and distillers) though the IBD in the UK. After recovering and qualifying Brendan built and funded the current Brewery in Lanseria that has a current capacity of 30 000 litres per month.
