THE biggest school derby in the country just got a whole lot better! The Premier Interschools Rugby has grown over the past 100 years to become the biggest school sports derby in South Africa. This year, to make this momentous sporting weekend even more memorable, Mojo Events has created a two-day outdoor music festival, Paarl Jam, to celebrate a shared love of sport, music and all things South African.

Featuring some of SA’s biggest names in music, Paarl Jam is set to take place during the 2019 Premier Interschools on Friday 2 August and Saturday 3 August, on the banks of the Paarl River. Paarl Jammers can expect two days of non-stop entertainment, coupled with good food, cold beer on tap, local wines and of course, live streaming of the interschool fixtures.

Gates open at 10h00 each day, to give festival-goers ample opportunity to find the perfect spot to revel in the music, relax on the sprawling lawns, enjoy the food and bars or just watch the rugby on the big screens with a cold one.

FREE Park and Ride

The organisers are offering a FREE Park and Ride shuttle service (route TBC) as part of their drink responsibly initiative and they have provided a dedicated drop-off and collect area for Ubers and taxis.
